Hi,

Any reason why SENSE4H is grounded? Also, I see that SENSE3 and SENSE4L is being used but the outputs are not connected to anywhere in the schematic. Was this done intentionally?

For the outputs of SENSE3 & SENSE4, that was a mistake from our side. All reset pins are needed to short together as a single output.
As per the application circuit, for monitoring positive voltage SENSE4H needs to connect with GND.
