The max input voltage is 65V, and min input voltage is 3V (4.5V for startup).

The max output voltage is 100V.

Sorry for the delay.

Yes, the input/output voltage is ok and the EVM modification could be done.

Please note that it will enter bypass operation mode after Vin> Vout.

Hi Shraga,

It really depends on the thermal performance of the FET, inductor, diode, etc, which is limited by the Vin min condition. Comparing your Vin min and Vout, they are very close to those of the original EVM. So the max load should be similar. That being said, it is possible that the EVM 7A full load is not pushed to its limit but I'm not sure about it.

this EVM has too channels - what is the benefit of this way ?

Hi Shraga,

Actually it's not really values that set the limit but the power FETs (you may need to change some values like the current limit but that is not a problem). Generally, better FET with lower Rdson, Coss, and Qg will allow higher power delivery. But for this case, as 7A isn't too far from 10A, I would just power it up and see if it works and if not, what is the bottleneck.

Hi Shraga,

As I said, it's 7A max nominal so 3.5A per phase, but it worth giving it a try with higher load before the modification. There are only Altium files because that's what was used to create the schematic and layout.
