LM43603-Q1: -12V NEGATIVE VOLTAGE GENERATION PROBLEM

Part Number: LM43603-Q1

PFA the Schematics

Input Voltage => +12V

Desired Output Voltage => -12V

Current Voltage observed => -8.99V

Output Current will be less than 0.5 amps

What changes will be required to achieve -12V. Most the values have been used as per the suggestion of TI Workbench.

I tried reducing the input capacitor to 0.1uF but no change.

pls. let us know the required values and changes if any to achieve -12V

  • Hi Ravi,

    The big error is C43.

    The GND-12V ground should be shorted to G-12V ground directly with short trace, also need to place a 1.0uF~2.2uF 25V ceramic cap parallel with C29.

    C31 should be 2.2uF 50V ceramic cap.

    Do not place C27 on prototype
