Hi

Currently, customers are experiencing a point where thermal shutdown, a protective function, occurs during high temperature tests.

Question: Is there any problem with IC function even if TPS92630-Q1 Thermal shutdown occurs continuously?

    Thermal shutdown is used for protecting device, and i think the device should work in a normal state.

    The issue is why the device continuously in thermal shut down condition, you should recommend customer to decrease the dissipation of the device.
