I am still awaiting the response from the customer regarding the results of testing without load.

I'll let you know as soon as I got their feedback.

As per the customer, the waveform is the same with-load and without-load when it is power on.

What's the volume of the Vin?

Please ask customer to measure the Vin, Vout, L1, L2, and better with the current of the inductance.
