I would like to use CSD87503Q3ET mosfet for my battery reverse supply protection. If you have any EVM board with altium design files or step file would you share with me please ?

    Hi Ali,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The only CAD file I have been able to locate is at the link below. It does not look like there is a 3D step model for this device. There are similar dual devices in 3x3mm SON package that can be found in the second link below. Look for DMS and Q3D packages.
