Hello, TI experts:
I have one TPS53681 configured as 6+1 dual outputs, 6 phase is running 0.85V and 1 phase is running at 0.9V, but there's no output from the controller, here are some debugs:
1. enable signal has been measured high for AVR_EN & BVR_EN.
2. no PWM signal regarding rail #1 is sending out from 53681, and short time PWM signal for rail #2 has been sent out, but no voltage on rail #2.
3. screenshot for Fusion software, no errors for rail #1, but there's OVF from rail #2, how can this happen and what might be the problem ?
