Dear Sir,

  • Hello Dexter,

What do each one of the BATTx represent? Are these separate packs with different gauges?

The cycle count gets increased when a certain passed charge is met, it looks like BATT1 just hits the threshold when the other batteries aren't.

    Sincerely,

    Wyatt Keller

  • Dear Wyatt,

BAT0,1,2,3 are each BAT PACK. it mean They are testing  4 pcs BAT PACK of same gauge and GG file at the same time.

but it is just different cycle count value of BAT1 with others Packs.

how to fix hits the threshold issue? please advise me any comment.

    Thanks.

  • Hello Dexter,

If the conditions are met the cycle counter will be incremented, this is the criteria for updating in the TRM:

0 = one cycle count is the accumulated discharge of CC Threshold

1 = one cycle count is the accumulated discharge of CC % x FullChargeCapacity. If CC Threshold is greater than CC % x FullChargeCapacity, CC Threshold is used for the calculation

If the other packs didn't reach the threshold then it won't increment the cycle counts.

    Sincerely,

    Wyatt Keller
