TPS61288: maximum working duty cycle?

May I know your application's Vin and Vout voltage working conditions?

Normally the maximum duty cycle for TPS61288 could be up to 90%.

Is the PSpice model enough accurate to simulate the transient response? 

the load current is periodically (200 Hz) changing from 0 to 2A and back.

our Vin is between 4.5V to 16V, nominal is 12V.

Vout is 8V-16V

Isn't the Vout voltage a fixed voltage?

TPS61288 is a boost converter so it can't generate a Vout lower than Vin.

If you need to generate 8V from 16V Vin, the buck-boost converter TPS55288 fits for your application.

the Vout is changing according to the required operation. it is not lower then Vin. we have a power switch in case we need low voltage. 

we need only a Boost, not Buck
