Hi,

Could you recommend proper protection IC for single cell?

Cell: LiFePO4, 1 cell

OVP: 3.7V~3.75V

battery operating range: 2V~3.65V

Required high-side protection.

    Hi David,

    Our options for 1S protection ICs are either the BQ2970 or the BQ2980. The BQ2970 is a more cost effective solution with low side FETs. The BQ2980 features high side FETs and a sense resistor for more accurate protections. You can see the configurations available on the device configurations section of their datasheets. 

    It doesn't look like we have a configuration available with those specific thresholds. You will have to choose the closest device that we currently have available.
