The datasheet states that "larger tolerances should be expected for lower ILED... (< 150mA!).."
Can you give any calculation base or test data about the degradation of tolerance for ILED=100mA?
Theoretically the device can support down to 50mA ILED before it runs into stability problems but there is not even a hint about the expected tolerance increase.
