Hello,

We are considering using the BQ24297 in our product. We would first need to evaluate the chip with the evaluation board BQ24297EVM-021. However can we use it with the EV2400 USB to i2c adapter? Or do we have to use the USB-TO-GPIO interface?

Hi,

Only HPA172 kit may work BQ24297 EVM and BQ2429x evaluation software directly without any modifications. There's no EV2400 connector on the BQ24297 EVM. It takes time and efforts in order to modify EV2400 to work with BQ24297 EVM.
