The customer said that the start up current of TPS3840Q1 was too large in the design, and 800K resistors need to be connected in series in the designed signal link, but TPS3840Q1 cannot start to work with the 800K resistors; In their test they said the start-up current is 10~20uA; It can only be started after using two 10K resistors to divide the voltage.
What is the parameter refer to start-up current in the datasheet?
Besides, any lower-start-up-current VRS device could be recommended?
