normally, it is from VIN or VOUT, depending on which one is higher

Hi Jasper,

From what I understand your response is for the gate drive voltage for which the FETs starts switching. But can we ask for the Vgs or for the voltage at which the FETs operates in full conduction mode as well?

sorry but i don't understand your question. let me ask this way, why do you need this value? considering this device is fully integrated.

Hello Jasper,

Asking this information as our customer would just like to evaluate or assess the possibility of a failure with a 3.3V input and 1.2V output.

Hi Jejomar,

the minimum output voltage of TPS63050 is 2.5V. it can't support 1.2V output application. and customer need a buck converter instead of buck-boost converter. could you confirm the part number?
