From what I understand your response is for the gate drive voltage for which the FETs starts switching. But can we ask for the Vgs or for the voltage at which the FETs operates in full conduction mode as well?

the minimum output voltage of TPS63050 is 2.5V. it can't support 1.2V output application. and customer need a buck converter instead of buck-boost converter. could you confirm the part number?
