LMG1210: High frequency operation with GaN FET

Hi team,

Is it correct understanding as follows?

 1. Using 65V supply GaN FET like EPC8009 can be up to 50MHz

 2. Using 100V supply GaN FET like EPC2001 can be up to 15MHz

Power supply and switching frequency is tradeoff. Is it correct?

    Sasaki-san,

    The LMG1210EVM can operate up to 15 MHz which is limited by the EPC FETs selection where some variants (small size variants) may help you achieve 50MHz according to the user's guide.

    For additional questions about EPC FETs, please refer to the actual manufacturer for better support as we're not expert in those devices.
