UCD3138064: Question of the ADC and EAP internal voltage reference

Hi Experts,

UCD3138 datasheet don't talk about the ADC and EAP internal voltage reference.

I want to know that the ADC 2.5V and EAP 1.6V how to generate.

Do you have the function block about the internal voltage reference?

I need to evaluate whether the internal voltage reference float when 3.3V supply float.
