My Customer is looking for the complete thermal resistance information for CSD19531Q5A. Datasheet does not have the complete thermal resistance deatils.

    Hi Renan,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. Our FET datasheets only specify values for RthetaJA and RthetaJC (bottom). We do not specify RthetaJC (top) or provide thermal metrics for any of our devices. We have done thermal simulation for other FETs in this Q5A, 5x6mm SON package. Based on this, I estimate RthetaJC (top) is around 15degC/W. Please refer to the blog in the link below for more details on how we test and spec thermal impedance of our FETs.
