1. Is there a drawing of the land pattern for the PCB, the link on the product page excludes dimensional information, TLV76750DRVR.
2. Does pin 2 (fb) connect to the output pin, for the fixed output device.
3. Is it recommended that no clean solder be used during fabrication
4. is the minimin current output current 1mA

See my responses to your questions, I've highlighted my answers in green to help distinguish them from the question.
1. Is there a drawing of the land pattern for the PCB, the link on the product page excludes dimensional information, TLV76750DRVR.
Yes the mechanical drawings at the end of the datasheet shows the dimensions, the mechanical drawings for the DRV can be found on page 32.
2. Does pin 2 (fb) connect to the output pin, for the fixed output device.
The fixed output devices have a sense pin which must be connected to Vout.
3. Is it recommended that no clean solder be used during fabrication
We do not require no-clean solder however it can be used. Please refer to the app note QFN and SON PCB Attachment for more details, but below is a screen shot of the relevant section.
4. is the minimin current output current 1mA
The TLV767 is stable all the way to 0mA.
