Hi Team,
A customer would like to know if there will be issues if the shutdown pin has a voltage input of 3.3V while the VIN is 0V. He also wants to know the worst case overshoot of the device upon power on.
Regards,
Danilo

Hi Danilo,
Based on the absolute maximum voltage rating on each of the pins, it should have no problem for shutdown pin higher than Vin as long as it stays under the 7.5V max.
The voltage overshoot is a AC performance parameter, and it is primarilly decided by the output capacitor and board parasitics and it may vary in application. We don't have worst case number as it vary in each appliaction.
