LM5008: IC getting heat

Dear Sir

I am using LM5008MMX to convert the input range (39V -54V) into output 5V. The Schematic is given below

When testing this circuit, LM5008MMX is getting heat and steady output of 5V result is not reached. Please provide suggestion/help to improve the schematic design

R150 should be 0 ohm if use TYPE3 ripple injection.

L6 220uH inductor saturation current should be >500mA

PCB layout looks good, you didn't show the ground plane on LM5008 layer, right?

What's case top temp of LM5008 you measured?
