Hi,

We want to know if top surface of TPSM84824 is conductive.

Is it OK If top surface touches heatsink, while heatsink is connected to GND?

Hi Mason,

I believe the top surface is not conductive so it is ok for it to touch a heatsink connected to ground. However, I need to double check to make sure. I will post here once I have confirmation.

Hi Mason,

I have already received confirmation the top of the package is not conductive.
