the FAB process of this device is BICMOS.
Is the output pins (out1 ~ out15) of TLC5925 an open drain?
Or open collector?
I want to know whether the output element is a MOSFET or a bipolar transistor.
In the case of the BiCMOS process, is the output not TTL?
In logic IC, the logic circuit recognized the output as TTL in CMOS
I think TLC5925 is also considered the same.
Please confirm.
