I'm currently designing a power stage for a Class-D amplifier using your gate drivers LMG1210 and LM5113 as well as GaN devices from GaN Systems and EPC.
Selection of the optimum gate resistor is key for a high performance, low-noise design.
For this the values of the internal resistance of the gate driver R_HI and R_LO are needed (as described in SLLA385A www.ti.com/.../slla385a.pdf
I wasn't able to find those elements in the datasheets. Could you please provide values of the internal resistance of the gate driver output?
