TPS2069C: What is Operating temperature range of TPS2069CDGN

Hello,

What is Operating temperature range of TPS2069CDGN part. Datasheet says (Page number 6 in table 7.3) Operating junction temperature is -40 - 125°C.But in TI website showing -40 to 85°C. Please confirm.

    Hi Gajendiran,

    -40~85 degree is ambient temperature.

    -40~125 degree is junction temperature of IC.

    They are two different temperature requirement for environment and IC junction.
