Part Number: REF5025

Hi,

I need PSPICE behavioral model for this part to simulate in cadence virtuoso environment.

Whatever i have found in design and development section is not having the behavioral model written in pspice code.It is having a zip file which doesnt contain any script as such.Can you please help me in providing the pspice model for the same.

    Hi Sangeetha,

    The REF5025 pspice model on the product folder has the .lib file that is used for pspice simulation.

    Please check if you can load that model in.

    Hi Marcoo,

    I need the pspice model which has .cir extension in which behavioral model will be written as code. This .cir file can be included in virtuoso environment to create the symbol and then I can be used in the circuits to simulate this model.Please help me in sharing this .cir file.

    Hi Sangeetha,

    From my understanding the .cir is a legacy pspice file format that includes more than just the model as it can include simulations and other information.

    The currently used pspice format for models is the .lib file and the .olb is the symbol. Please open the .lib file and verity that the netlist you are looking for is inside.

    We provide both .lib and .olb for the REF5025. We do not offer a .cir file.
