BQ24298: Issue with BQ24298 design

Hi Team,

I would like to get your help regarding the customer situation with part of their design using BQ24298.|

They use the BQ24298 controller in their mobile devices. After the assembly and some time spent in the box, the PG output is triggered. The controller also charges the battery when the charger is connected. The controller feeds the load, but the PG pin is triggered. What could be the problem? The TS chain is working properly.

Please monitor the VBUS pin voltage and check if it is out of operation range sometimes. Please refer to 8.3.1.3.2 Input Source Qualification for the details.
