Hi Charles,

VGG pin is a DC voltage not the driver, So no sink and source current parameter. Are you asking DRV pin? it is 0.85/3A for DRV pin.

Hi David,

Yes, I understood it is not the gate driving pin.

My customer want to calculate the component stress on each pin, so they would like to learn if there is any current spec on this pin.

Hi Charles,

in page 5, the absolute Maximum Ratings there is 10mA for IGG, and for Recommended operating Conditions, 2000uA maximum current is enough.
