Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. No, the LMG1020 does not provide enough gate-source voltage to adequately drive the CSD19538Q3A. For this FET, on resistance is specified and guaranteed down to a minimum VGS = 6V. The LMG1020 uses nominal 5V VDD and will not provide VGS >= 6V. All of our 80V and 100V FETs have a minimum VGS requirement of 6V. TI does not recommend or guarantee operation when VGS < 6V.
