Hi Team.

Customer is having issue with the device. For me to not miss any information, I'll copy the query below.

My bq27z561evm address is showing N/A
May be by mistake the board is locked or sealed.
This board has micro b usb port , but it is showing HDQ connection.

    Hello Maynard,

    The gauge should arrived unsealed, if they have sealed the gauge or changed the communication protocol, they'll need to unseal and give full access then change the communication protocol.

    You can seen the suggestion be the error message at the bottom of the bqStudio window. I would also recommend using the test version of bqStudio.
