TPS63021: TPS63021DSJR 6.3V output

Hi,

I am trying to use TPS63021DSJR for converting a litium battery (between 2.5V, 4.2V) to 3.3V and also 5V (while charging the battery) to 3.3V. But i am getting 6.3V output. I could not find why. Here is my schematic and pcb.
