Can LM7815CT/NOPB work at temp below 0 degrees, like -20 degrees?

Hi Yang,

This LDO is rated for temperature from 0 - 125C. I would not use it at -20C, and some units may start seeing startup problems and other issues when the temperature drops below the recommended range.
