Here is some feedback:

1. For both rails, you are using a 6.3V 100uF input caps. I would recommend switching to 47uF cap, even better if 25V rated instead of 16V
2. For U54 with enable divider, since you have 3.3V output we recommend setting EN divider to turn on at Vin=4.5V or Vout*1.6 (whichever is higher) as mentioned in datasheet Table 7-2. Since 3.3V*1.6=5.28V, reduce R501 from 38kohm to 29kohm to increase the turn on threshold.
3. For 1.2V rail, you will need >200uF effective output capacitance as shown in datasheet Figure 7-5.
4. For U54 1.2V output, it looks like connection is missing between output caps and output net and divider. Please double check.
