TPS25200: Current limit threshold specs accuracy compared to TPS2553

Part Number: TPS25200
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2553, TPS25221

Hi,

I'm in midst of migrating design from using TPS2553 switch to TPS25200 eFuse for USB charging port application. I do know that these are two different products but I would want to apply eFuse on my future design hence I skipped TPS25221 which was the pin-to-pin compatible device over TPS2553 as well.

I was looking into the current-limit threshold equation for both TPS2553 & TPS25200 & noticed that TPS25200 is less precise in terms of OCP limit compared to TPS2553. Can product team confirm if the formula for IOSmax for TPS25200 had already factored-in the 1% tolerance as well as temperature coefficient of the resistor Rlim?

BR,

Leo
