BQ24192: Issue with System Voltage

Part Number: BQ24192

Hi TI Team,

We are using BQ24192 charger chip on our custom board.

Test scenario: Measured VSYS voltage without connecting battery.

Processors are being powered by the VSYS rail with intermediate circuitry in between.

Whenever the processors are in ideal state, VSYS is 3.36V

Whenever the processors are powered off, VSYS is 3.68V.

Ideally, VSYS should be maintained at 3.5V, then why there is a drastic voltage drop when processors are in idle state??

Please help us to resolve this issue.
