Our customers are considering the PTD08D210W.
I have been requested by them to know what kind of inspection they are doing before shipping.

I think that the electrical characteristics are inspected before shipping the device, but what kind of items does the PTD08D210W inspect before shipping?
(We have received strong requests from our customers, and I would be grateful if you could let us know.)

In general for our devices most or all specifications in the electrical characteristics table will be tested before shipping.

Could you help ask if there a specific detail the customer is looking for?

I would like to know if there is information on measurement items other than electrical characteristic values and detailed measurement methods such as Power Dissipation and Safe Operating Area described in the data sheet.

In addition to testing the electrical characteristics, they receive a visual inspection after components are pick and placed prior to reflow solder, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) after reflow soldering, and a final visual inspection prior to Tape and Reel.

I am checking on the details I can provide related to power dissipation and SOA.

I have verified the efficiency of this device is tested in production. The efficiency will be directly related to power dissipation and SOA.
