BQ24133: bq24133 can‘t charge battery

BQ24133: BQ24133 charger only supply 0.3A charge current.

The design applied bq24133 is of output 8.4V /2A for 2S Lion-battery.

The issue is charger only supply 0.23A to 0.3A  when the battery is connected. 

My schematic is shown as below.

    Hello,

    I checked your I_DPM and charge current and they are 2 A and 0.75 A, respectively. What is your input voltage, input current, battery voltage, and battery current when you observe 0.3 A? There are multiple cases where the input current could be 0.3 A. For example, with an input voltage of 15 V and input current of 0.3 A there is 4.5 W of input power. For a 6 V battery with 0.75 A charge current there is 4.5 W of output power. Therefore you could see an input current of 0.3 A under these conditions.
