Hi
I have a problem with LM5145. My system requirement like that;
Vin = 27-40 V
Vout= 24 V
Iout = 10 A
I prepared my circuit according to WEBENCH POWER. I used CSD18533Q5A as mosfet.
But when ı power on to system, high side mosfet is burning and be short circuit later short time.
What could be the reason for this?
