BQ27421-G1: BQ27421 terminate voltage higher than setting

Part Number: BQ27421-G1

Hi

The Terminate voltage is set to 3.3V. After several cycles of learning, it is found that the terminate voltage is getting higher and higher.

The first discharge cut-off voltage is 3.353V, SOC=1%, RM=0mAH;

The second round is 3.382V, SOC=2%, RM=0mAH;

The third round is 3.424V, SOC=2%, RM=0mAH;

The third round is 3.458V, SOC=1%, RM=0mAH;

After multiple rounds, the discharge cut-off voltage is 3.499V, SOC=1%, RM=0mAH

The Max Delta Voltage is 20mV, the RA table as below:

Why the terminate voltage is getting higher and higher?

Waiting for your reply.
