LMS3655: About bootstrap capacitor selection

Part Number: LMS3655
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM43603

Hi,

I am considering using the LMS3655 device.
I would like to ask you about Bootstrap capacitors.
The data sheet states that a capacitor with a withstand voltage of 6.3V or higher and a capacity of 0.47uF should be used.
In EVM, 25V withstand voltage product is used for CBOOT.
Considering the DC bias characteristics, I think a capacitor with a higher withstand voltage is better.
However, the only 0.47uF capacitor that can be used in my company is GRM033R60J474KE90 (0.47uF, 6.3V).
Is there any problem in operation with GRM033R60J474KE90?
If the above capacitors cannot be used, we are considering using GRM033R61E104KE14 (0.1uF, 25V).
Is there any problem in operation even if I use 0.1uF for CBOOT?

Best regards,
