TPS62811-Q1: min on time violation

Part Number: TPS62811-Q1

Hi team,

VIN=5V, Vout=1.0V, Fsw=2.25MHz(internal OSC), SSCG=ON

Given min-on-time (max) = 75ns, maximum frequency at above condition is calculated as 2.67MHz.

But the maximum possible frequency violate this 2.67MHz as below.

Fsw(max) = 2.475MHz(Fswmax) + 288kHz(SSCGmax) = 2.763MHz

Question : What does happen if the device condition violate the minimum on time limit as above?

Will it make regulation unstable?

Will the output voltage potentially increased to hit OVP?

Or is this device has automatic frequency foldback function if it hits minimum on time?

regards,
