TPS62810-Q1: TPS62810-Q1 SIMPLIS MODEL NOT WORKING

Good morning. I downloaded and installed the SIMPLIS Elements tool and their help file states that the Elements version, which is free to use, has the same capabilities as the full version with the limitation on the number of elements. I downloaded the SIMPLIS model from the TI webpage for the TPS62810-Q1 and when I run either the "startup" transient or "steady-state" transient analysis I get the error from SIMPLIS that states it cannot decrypt the file. I am now wondering if the number of elements includes each element inside a model file?

I tried on my machine, it seems to be working fine. I only clicked on Simulator-> Run Schematic.

Can you send us a picture of the specific error message ?

Here I was trying to run the simulation several times until I found the error messages. This happens on both the steady state simulation and the startup simulation using SIMPLIS Elements.
