Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5021
Hi team,
The parameters indicate that Vinmax=450V, but I could not see a confirmation of the limitation in the datasheet.
Is there any reason someone could not use this device up to 600V ?

Hi, Lauren
The major reason that the Vinmax is limited at 450V:
1. The breakdown voltage of internal FET of UCC28911 is 700V, the voltage stress of this FET=Vin+n*Vo+ voltage ring. If the input voltage is 600V, it is very easy to damage the internal FET.

Hey Yunsheng,
Got it, understand. Do we have anything that would take that high of an input in our portfolio?
Hi, Lauren
The parts without high voltage startup and integrated MOSFET is fine, like LM5021.
