Hi team,
LM317MQ is automotive grade, but I cannot find any statement mentioned about AEC Q100 certified or not on datasheet.
Could you tell me this IC is certified or not?
best regards,
Takuya

Hi Takuya,
LM317MQ is automotive, AEC Q100 certified.
More information is found on this transportation and automotive page.
Because it is an inherited part, the naming/datasheet does not follow the typical TI format - sorry for any confusion.
Best,
Juliette
Hello Terada-san,
I should add that this device was qualified to a previous revision of AEC-Q100 where the standards were different. As such, this should be considered as a conditionally qualified for automotive.
