TPS5402: TPS5402DR use in medical applications

Dear TI,

Currently we are using TPS62110RSAR buck regulator in our medical product (syringe pump). Due to some reasons we are going for re-design. Now we opted TPS5402DR. Is this regulator can be used for medical devices?

If not, please suggest any Synchronous Buck converter which can be used for medical devices with the above price range.
