TPS23785B: TPS23785BPWP as a POE powered device has no output

Hi All,

One of my projects uses TPS23785BPWP as a POE powered device with 12V output. After we received the designed board and connected to the POE switch, the power supply did not work, and the POE switch have not respond. We verified that other POE distributors, the POE switche can work normally.

I added the schematic diagram for my design, can u help to analyze the cause of the problem?

    Hello,

    The CTL pin is pulled to VSS. Why was this done?

    Can you confirm the DCDC works by applying 48V on VDD_VSS?
