What is the difference between TPS7A1650AQDGNRQ1 and TPS7A1601AQDGNRQ1? Is the TPS7A1650AQDGNRQ1 for 5V fixed output options, while TPS7A1601AQDGNRQ1 is the adjustable version?

Hello Carlo,

The main difference is that the 'A' version is created in our newest fab on a bigger wafer. This improves chip throughput.

Thank you for your response. Does it mean that the TPS7A1650AQDGNRQ1 and TPS7A1601AQDGNRQ1 are the same since they are both OPN of TPS7A16A-Q1? Do the TPS7A1650 for fixed 5.0V output and TPS7A1601 for adjustable output?

Hi Carlo,

Indeed they are the same and TPS7A1650AQDGNRQ1 is the 5V fixed output version and TPS7A1601AQDGNRQ1 is the adjustable version from approx 1.2V to 18.5V.
