UCC25640EVM-020: Condition about AC input voltage with no PFC

I considering UCC256402 and UCC256404, unused PFC condition. (Low output power)

Can UCC25640x use AC 85V~265V input without PFC?

I think that LLC condition is narrow Vin range, please let me know if there any difficult point of AC 85V~265V range.
