My customer would like to know what is the difference between TPS54618-Q1 and TPS54618C-Q1?

If my customer is just in sample run, can we use TPS54618-Q1 first?

I woud recommend you move your design to the TPS54618C-Q1. Also in terms of supply as TPS54618-Q1 is labeled as "Last time Buy".

Yes, you can replace them directly. TPS54618C-Q1 and TPS54618-Q1 are BOM to BOM and pin to pin replacable.
