In ULN2004A datasheet , Absolute Maximum ratings operating free-air temperature range described -40~70C

But in the datasheet of PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM, ULN2004A temperature range is -20~70C.

Which is correct temperature range ?

Hi Sakurai-san,

The Abs max temperature range for this device is -40C to 70C. Please use this range as the absolute max that the device can handle in your setup. I believe the package addendum is only referencing the operating range.
