Hi Fred,
Both UCC25600 and UCC25630x are LLC controllers. The UCC25630x, being a more recent device, has additional features that the UCC25600 does not have (HV startup, x cap discharge, adaptive deadtime, etc.).

Hi Fred,
The UCC25600 spice model could help to validate the power stage design. Because UCC25600 and UCC25630x use different control laws (direct frequency control vs hybrid hysteretic control), I would suggest to not judge dynamic performance such as transient response based on the UCC25600 spice model.
